Oyajii Oyajii (オヤジィ♥オヤジィ) Volume 1 Preview
The first volume starts off like the original story in Candy Candy. In the first image scan, Candy Oyajii, the little baby eyeball is left abandoned in front of a house belonging to two spirit monsters (Miss Pony played by an old man "Jijii" and Sister Lane monster) who take her in. Later she is adopted by a rich family, whose daughter (Eliza "Musume" catwoman) plays pranks and abuses her. She runs crying to the rose gate where she meets Anthony's counterpart "Kitaro", who is so far the only human in the story (see second image).

Oyajii Oyajii (オヤジィ♥オヤジィ) Volume 2 Preview
In the second Volume, Candy Oyajii attends a ball held by Anthony Kitaro. Before that, Eliza trys to sabotage her ballgown by providing her with a dress that only a human size could fit! Finally, she ends up wearing a handkerchief and ribbon to tie it in place. Anthony Kitaro is smitten and happy to dance with her (see image 1). Later he gives her a rose (assuming it's "Sweet Oyajii) and Eliza rams it into Candy Oyajii's head in a fit of jealousy (see image 2)!
